We’re a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization dedicated to providing the resources, mentoring and experiences to the next generation of performing artists. We also support NYC’s thriving arts community in developing new works of music

and theater. In times of urgent need, we’re here to help the entire performing arts community.

We’re a community of artists, writers, musicians, designers, crew, producers, directors and fans — coming together as one — to help others.

WHY WE DO IT

As an artist community, we’re here to inspire and empower the next generation and help them find their PATH to success. We provide access to training and mentorship, as arts programs in educational institutions are being reduced or simply eliminated due to budgetary restrictions.

By helping organizations teach the tools of success for this industry, we ensure that our performing arts community continues to grow and thrive.
